Minimum Orders
First order $250. Reorders under $100 will be assessed a $5 handling fee plus full shipping costs.

Payment Terms
Prepaid—includes free domestic ground shipping, best way, if order is over $250.

2%/10 days, Net/30, shipping added—Approved accounts only (references required). Discount is strict to postmark date. For new customers, we require payment of initial order before reorders are filled. Overdue accounts are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% annual) plus any reasonable collection costs. If you are in a bind, talk to us. It is easier to be understanding if we are informed. Returned checks will incur a $25 charge, back charge of any discounts, and risk revocation of credit.

Standard shipping is via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or common carrier within the 48 contiguous states. Feel free to specify your desired carrier with your account number. Please give street address. Orders being shipped to other destinations will be shipped best way or as requested. AK and HI typically ship priority mail but we may limit any free freight allowance. For international, contact us.

Drop Shipping
We can drop ship merchandise to your customers. There are handling fees and payment discounts may not apply. For new dealers doing business primarily via drop ship, pre-approval is required. Please contact us for more information.

Selling on Amazon & Etsy
Any accounts found to be listing our products on the Amazon or Etsy platforms will be suspended. We sell our products on these platforms at full retail price.

New Customers
All new accounts are subject to acceptance by our office. If you plan to sell through channels other than your own store, catalog or website you must contact us first.

While we cannot guarantee territorial exclusivity, we try not to oversell any given area. We are not able to control product after it leaves our location.

Display Racks
We provide a number of display units to merchandise our products. They are free with an initial order of product, as specified. Additional units are available on a cost basis. Please allow extra time for shipment.

Claims of items received damaged, shorted, or of otherwise unacceptable condition must be made within ten days. We will arrange for return, credit or replacement.

Return Authorizations
We may, at our discretion, accept returns for credit or refund. Items must be of current design, in new, resellable condition as originally packaged. Credit is given after inspection. Older stock is not returnable. 15% restocking fee for future credit and 30% for refund. Please call ahead for an RMA.

Customer Service Obligations
You are our dealer and it is expected you will manage the customer service issues of your customers. We will back you up within reason. If you believe there is a significant safety issue at hand, please let us know right away. Our consumer guarantee allows for the return for repair/replacement of any broken or defective item at any time. They should return them to us. More detail is on our website.

Delivery Time
Transit time is from Vermont. We offer rapid order fulfillment, generally, from stock within a day or two. Even if we are out of something your order should still be ready within a few days. We tend not to backorder. Reorders get priority over new accounts. Please plan ahead, especially on larger orders and during the holiday season. We accept orders for future shipment.

From our website you can find product photos, our wholesale catalog, price list in spreadsheet form (with UPC codes, weights, and descriptions), dealer guides and tips, and more. Please have your customer number ready to log in.

Vendor Compliance Manuals
If you have one, please submit as soon as possible. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing based on the extra work your policies require.

All original designs are copyrighted by Maple Landmark, Inc. which reserves all rights to their use. Regarding design rights on custom projects, contact us for a copy of our policy determining the cases in which designs will be held as exclusive. If you submit artwork to us, you must agree to hold us harmless from any infringement stemming from its use.
