Payment: 50% deposit required with order. Balance due at time of shipment. All major credit cards accepted.
Shipping: FOB Middlebury. Cost will be added to the final balance.
Lead Time: Will depend on the item and the scope of the order. Simple engraving work may be less than one week. More extensive custom work may be 4-6 weeks.
Proofs: We typically will supply proofs of a design for your approval. Proofs are supplied by email or fax.
Set-up Costs: Regular set-up costs are an initial charge and are not repeated for reorders if there are no changes. This charge presumes artwork, if any, is provided in a ready-to-use form. If it is not, extra art charges may apply. For some items we are offering a new, discounted Simple Set-up cost. This is for basic text only, does not include a proof step, and is not retained—reorders will incur a new set-up charge and we cannot guarantee the layout will match anything previous.
Production Samples: We may be able to produce an initial production sample for your review. All set-up costs will be incurred and charged. There may be additional charges which may or may not be creditable to the final cost of your order.
Reorders: Most set-ups of custom designs are kept on file. Reorders of the same design, within two years, will not have new set-up charges. "Simple setups" are not retained.
Quantity Pricing: The benefit of our price tiers are on a per-order basis only. The discounts offered for our regular retail products do not apply here.
