Accessibility Mode is off.
We are striving for WCAG 2.0 Level A compliance.
To better comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we have created an "accessibility mode" for the web site. This mode eliminates purely decorative elements and sets text in high contrast for low vision users. These settings can be overridden by the user specifying that their own style sheet be used by the web browser.
The site can be read to blind users by using the computer's built in text-to-speech function.
While keyboard navigation of the site when not in Accessibility Mode is probably okay, it's much likely simpler in Accessibility Mode as content is arranged linearly and decorative elements are eliminated, simplyfying keyboard access to content.
